Wellington
We transformed a charming old home into a modern multi-unit residence, breathing new life into its historic bones. Each apartment was thoughtfully designed and fully renovated, blending original character with updated finishes and amenities. What once was a single-family house is now a stylish and functional living space for multiple residents—proof that old homes can have exciting new chapters.

We took an outdated cottage and gave it a complete makeover, transforming it into a fully functioning, stylish Airbnb. With updated interiors, modern amenities, and thoughtful design touches, the space now offers guests a comfortable and memorable stay while still retaining its original charm. It's the perfect blend of cozy character and contemporary convenience.​

Water Proofing Basement
We specialize in waterproofing basements to keep homes dry, safe, and protected year-round. Our process includes sealing cracks, installing proper drainage systems, and applying high-quality waterproofing materials to prevent leaks and moisture buildup. Whether it's a finished basement or a utility space, we ensure it stays clean, dry, and worry-free.

Grieve
Transforming both bathrooms from an unfinished framing stage to beautifully modern and fully functional bathrooms. The project included new plumbing rough-ins, insulation, drywall, tile flooring, a custom-tiled shower with black trim and gold fixtures, fresh paint with two-tone walls, and a sleek new vanity with matching hardware. The result is a clean, elegant, and cohesive design that complements the upper-level bathroom renovation we completed earlier, maintaining the same modern aesthetic throughout the home.​

Sewer
The weeks before the colder weather hit, we were busy at work! We machine-dug the asphalt laneway to access and remove the old sewer line, installed brand-new Schedule 40 piping, added a 4" backwater valve with cover box, and installed an exterior clean-out for easy future access.
We re-cemented the basement floor, handled the city permit and inspection, and fully backfilled and levelled the laneway before wrapping up.

From drywall, waterproofing, and subfloor prep to detailed tile work, plumbing adjustments, vanity installation, trim, painting, and final fixtures—every step was handled with precision and care. ​

Plumbing Rough in
We completed a full rough-in for a 3-piece basement bathroom with laundry, kitchen water lines, and a complete sewage ejector system install. We also separated water lines for each unit, reworked drainage, and ensured everything is ready for final finishes. From bathrooms and kitchens to full drainage systems and multi-unit plumbing setups — we handle it all start to finish.
